JOIN is a local organization that helps more than 500 homeless individuals transition from the streets to permanent housing each year.  JOIN utilizes an innovative relationship-based model that empowers individuals and families to define their own path to home.  You can find out more about JOIN's work in the community at www.joinpdx.com.

This Holiday Season, Tommy and I, with Phoenix Lotus Photography, have made a goal of raising enough money to help one homeless family off the streets and into housing. We hope to raise $2,500, which covers move-in costs and supportive post-placement services for one household for one year.
